American Diner Bar & Grill in Chiyoda

I live in Canada. I really enjoyed my time at Just Beer Bar last time I was in Kiev. I sat at the bar, watched a little soccer, and had some great chats with the staff. It was really nice that most workers speak English. The bartender (Dyma) was great. I still remember Sophie, Elizabeth, Olya and the rest of the crew. I ended up going back a few times. The shashliki dish Olya recommended was as good as she claimed. Olya was fantastic. I enjoyed our conversations. I'll definitely go back the next time I'm back in the Ukraine.

It is an American bar in Kiev’s city center. Excellent interior, plenty of space inside, comfortable couches at the tables. Food was good. Good selection of beer on tap. Stuff is over all friendly and nice. However, there is a lot of room for service improvement. It could be much better and friendlier.

Massive selection of beers and food. Really well decorated restaurant with great music. Staff spoke brilliant English and the menu also had English translation.

Set back from the main road, a 5 minute walk to the station, and the first place you get to from the Royal Olympic hotel. Great choice of food and drink available at a price that won't kill your budget.

Very similar to American sports bars, nice menu, lots of beers. But don't order extraordinary beers on tap, they might not be fresh. My Erdinger was undrinkable.

1 star rating AVOID AT ALL COSTSFood- Took 2 hours to arrive and was stone cold when it turned up. No apologies just put on the table.Drink - Took around 45 minutes to arrive and the person serving us... Well when, you, have "White Pride"(KKK slogan) tattooed on your leg... Not exactly the most comfortable of times.

Great place to have some beer with friends

Four of us here to eat - over 2 hours between the first person FINISHING their main course and the last person even receiving their food - and the place was not even busy..Have been many times - but the service has so gone down hill four people all, effectively, dined alone. Very poor.

Good atmosphere and great staff. If there is a down side although management did say they would investigate they do have a habit for many weeks in not selling cheaper beer lines and cheaper vodka lines and force you to buy expensive brands and for some strange reason regarding beer you can only be served 1 litre glasses and NOT smaller glass sizes. You get the feeling of being ripped off. Which is a pity as have been a customer to the premises even though it has been rebranded not so long ago for over 5 years.

Friendly English speaking staff. Beer is very competitively priced. Ukrainian beer is around 3,5 to 5 euros for litre. I recommend to try Rodblau beers. Food is also cheap and good.

Here is very quality cafe. The foods are very delicious. If you want to have good beer, you should drink here. Very confortable and enjoy. They have good music undurstanding. The personels can smiling everytime. The service very fast. You have to try here.

Service was pretty good. Food also quite impressive. A lot on the expensive side for Kiev.....But hey, it's next to fancy hotel, & The staff wear short skirts, so.........

Definitely not recommended! Ginger "white pride" waitress just ignored us, we waited almost 30min for a menu and we had to practicality shout as she was walking past to get menu, she never came back to take order over 25min later,the bar/tables wasn't busy at all with people, we had to leave and luckily we found a nice restaurant near by

What to say about this place whel it just bear bars but you can taste beer from all over the world and you can also take great steaks and enjoy in great atmosphere.

Nice bar with a very good range of beers. Food is excellent too and very reasonable. Dont be in a hurry if you go here, as the staff arent. Everything is very relaxed, so make sure you have plenty of time and enjoy the experience.

Good quality food. Fresh meat, good selection of draught beers. Very comfortable atmosphere. Small bar area and there is available sitting in area. You can also give them a call and order food for take away. Excellent experience.

Cooking is good for nothing. Have ordered chicken barbecue - supposed most simple to cook - and got it burned and suspiciously dry... - like it was cooked before and just heated :( ... Beers are served in plastic 400g glasses... - is it a level of central capital’s proper beer bar??..

Place looks nice and is decorated after various U.S. cultural themes; dishes are very small in quantity though. For a dish pretentiously named "frying pan of (smth)" I don't expect to get a shallow box size of two cigarette packs.

Central located with a lot varieties of beer and food. We didn't like how they served food, started with a main course( steak and chicken wings but salad and appetizers after. It was strange.
